Victoria Wills is the founder of Cleare Risk & Compliance, providing clear, practical and proportionate health, safety and fire compliance support to small and independent businesses across the South Coast of England and beyond.

She holds the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, the NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety, and IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Victoria’s services include workplace and fire risk assessments, site inspections, COSHH assessments and registers, health and safety policies, young person risk assessments, lone-working procedures and operational compliance policies.
